There is a moment on Christmas Eve that belongs entirely to the imagination. The Santa by the Fireplace Ornament captures it in goldtone metal with metallic and glittered hand paint, a scene so familiar it feels like memory, Santa at the hearth, the fire warm, the night quiet, the magic entirely real.
At 3.75 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall, this ornament carries the full weight of the holiday in a form small enough to hold in one hand. Each piece emerges from hand-sculpted clay, giving it the sculptural depth and handmade warmth that sets Michael Aram's ornament collection apart from anything else on the tree. The glittered hand paint catches the light with the same shimmer as tinsel, the same glow as firelight, the same feeling as childhood.
